Virtual Coffee Tasting

Virtual Coffee Tasting Cold Brew Coffee Being Poured

Channel your inner coffee snob, we’re tasting some of the finest beans on the planet!

What is a Virtual Coffee Tasting Event?

Our coffee-expert host will guide your group through a tasting of three exceptionally high-grade craft coffee drinks.

Each coffee is roasted by one of the world’s most respected coffee roasters.

Your group will spend an hour with our host, sampling each coffee and learning about how they’re made.

You’ll be engaged throughout the session with trivia, games, and team-building activities online.

By the end of the event you’ll be able to brew your own amazing coffee drinks at home.

We can host this event anywhere in Canada, the USA and most major cities in the UK and Europe.

Price: $79 per person. Includes all drinks, delivery and 60-90 minute event.

Alternatives to this event:

Build Your own Iced Lattes – Learn how to build your own iced drinks using three types of non-dairy milks.
Coffee, Tea and Latte Tasting – Try three unique drinks and learn how to make each at home.
Craft Instant Coffee Tasting – Craft instant coffee is a new and exciting way to drink coffee. Bonus – we can send these to most countries in the world.
Coffee Pour Over Event – We send each attendee everything they need to make awesome coffee at home, forever. Then we teach them how to use it all!

The event lasts 1 hour. Because groups often have so much fun, we allow 30 minutes of extra time at the end of each event.

We ask that the group organizer provide the name and addresses of the delivery guests 2 weeks before the date of the event. We handle all the logistics of producing, ordering and delivering the drinks.

We can provide a Zoom link for your attendees to use for the event. If you prefer to use your own virtual meeting space (Teams, Webex, Google Meet etc) our event host can connect into that instead.

We have a 6 attendee minimum for each event. Attendees can be spread across different cities

We aim to have the drinks to the attendees at least 2-3 days before the event starts. They're shelf-stable, but we ask that they keep them in the fridge to maintain freshness.

We're always up for ideas, but here are some examples of how we've customized events in the past:

Tailored trivia (Provided by the group organizer).

A virtual gift card to be spent in 50+ Vancouver coffee shops.

Non-perishable food items can be added to delivery with 2 weeks' notice.

Virtual games.
